Ian Chivers and Loren Selby advise both landlords and tenants in relation to their rights under leases and tenancy agreements and possession proceedings and arranges for the issue of proceedings and representation in Court.  Where necessary we arrange for bailiffs to enforce the Court Orders.

Advice is also given in respect of the recovery of service charges and ground rent and any other liabilities arising from the relationship of landlord and tenant.

Sometimes tenants will be subjected to attempts by landlords to unlawfully evict them.  In such circumstances we prepare urgent protection and attend Court to obtain injunctions to prevent this from happening.
