Receptionist - Sandwich

We are looking for a central receptionist to join the team in our busy three office firm. We have offices in Dover, Deal and Sandwich. Duties will include: -

  • Being the first point of contact for new and existing Clients, as well as other professionals
  • Taking calls and transferring them to the relevant person/department
  • Ensuring that Client’s needs are met
  • Keeping a record of calls/contacts
  • General administrative work

The successful candidate will need the following skills: -

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Superb organisation
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritise
  • The ability to work in a team as well as work individually
  • Being able to work well under pressure
  • A good understanding of computers/IT systems

Job Type: This is a full-time vacancy.
