Family Secretary

We are a busy three office firm, with offices located in Deal, Dover and Sandwich. We are looking for a new team member to work in our family department. The successful applicant will play an important role in this busy department supporting one of our family fee earners.

Duties will include: -

  • Audio typing
  • Filing
  • Diary management
  • Communication with Clients and Professionals
  • Billing
  • Time recording
  • General administration work

The successful candidate will need the following skills: -

  • Excellent organisation
  • Good communication
  • A team player who is also able to work independently
  • Proactivity
  • Willing to learn/develop

Previous experience in Family Law would be desirable.

Job Type: This is a full-time position.

Salary will be dependent on experience.
