Float Secretary / Receptionist
We are looking for a float secretary/receptionist to join the team in our busy three office firm. We have offices in Dover, Deal and Sandwich. Duties will include: -
- Being the first point of contact for new and existing Clients, as well as other professionals
- Taking calls and transferring them to the relevant person/department
- Keeping a record of calls/contacts
- General administrative work; including audio typing
- Covering for people who are on annual leave with secretarial work
- Assisting with the archiving of closed files
The successful candidate will need the following skills:-
- Excellent communication skills
- Superb organisation
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise
- The ability to work in a team as well as work individually
- Being able to work well under pressure
- A good understanding of computers/IT systems
Job Type: This is a full-time position and it will be based primarily in our Deal office, although the role will require travel to other offices to cover work when people are on leave.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
