A Limited Liability Partnership has Members but it is common for senior members of a firm to be referred to as Partners. The Members of the LLP have therefore chosen to use the title Partner.

There is no partnership between the Members or between the Members and the LLP. A reference to a person being a Partner, on this website or elsewhere, during the course of your dealings with the LLP is a reference to that person in their capacity as a Member of the LLP.  References to "firm", "we", "us" or "our" are references to the LLP.
