One of our main strengths in divorce proceedings is dealing with complicated issues that often arise with regard to family finances. When couples own businesses, property or other significant assets, disputes over how those assets are distributed can arise quickly. We have the knowledge and experience to resolve such issues and are able to call upon experts such as forensic accountants and Company or Business valuers should the need arise.
We also provide family law services for cohabiting and same sex couples. At present (January 2017), the law relating to cohabiting couples is very different to that applicable to married couples. We deal with the specific issues which can arise in such circumstances, particularly with regard to rights and interests in property.

Child Protection
We advise parents, grand-parents and other interested parties at Social Services meetings and provide expert representation in Court proceedings in relation to all Child Protection issues. Legal Aid is available in most cases.
